At Perfect Pullover we realize that buying online can sometimes be worrisome. With that in mind, we've rigorously tested our fulfillment systems and over time have developed the best balance of automation and human supervision.
Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but Perfect Pullover will do everything possible to deliver high-quality products - and we do so on time.
If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you requested, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may refer to our store policy to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

We recommend washing inside out with like colors. Use cold setting and a mild detergent. Hang or laying garment flat to dry is the best option. You can tumble dry on a low setting if you wish, but please keep in mind that drying your garment will cause the graphic to fade over time. For example, just as a black colored garment will fade when dried, so will the graphic on your shirt. Avoid products that contain color safe bleaching because they contain chemicals that will lift color from your graphic causing it to fade. Processing Time: Processing time is 1-3 business days. Then item is prepped for shipping. Please see below.
Shipping Information: Domestic:
First class shipping is available for any packages under 15 oz. First shipping takes 5-7 business days for delivery once the package has been shipped. This option does not include any insurance.
Priority shipping (recommended) is available for all packages. This shipping option has expedited delivery which is typically 3-4 business days. Priority shipping includes insurance on your package through the USPS.
Free shipping will ship typically with either UPS Ground, USPS or Fed Ex. The carrier will be determined by Perfect pullover once your order has been processed to ship.
Please allow up to 15 business days for all orders to ship. We make each product to order so it takes some extra time to have each order processed and shipped out. Once your order is processed to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking info and an estimated ship date. Please note times at checkout DO NOT include our processing times.
