At Perfect Pullover we realize that buying online can sometimes be worrisome. With that in mind, we've rigorously tested our fulfillment systems and over time have developed the best balance of automation and human supervision.
Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but Perfect Pullover will do everything possible to deliver high-quality products - and we do so on time.
If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you requested, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may refer to our store policy to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

We recommend washing inside out with like colors on cold setting using a mild detergent, hang or lay flat to dry. You can tumble dry on a low setting, but please keep in mind that drying your garment will cause the graphic to fade over time. For example, just as a black colored garment will fade when dried, so will the graphic on your shirt. Avoid products that contain color safe bleaching as they contain chemicals that will lift color from your graphic causing it to fade.
